How do you make the club banner be the thing you see instead of the title of the club? If that makes sense

You need to edit the name to be the link for the image.

I've tried that! But it just comes up with the words (IE http://www.photobucket... ETC ^^) rather than the picture 
do I use the direct link, the image code or the html?
