I am looking for aspiring artists from all across VHR to create banners for the Block Party Events. They can be as creative as you'd like, as long as they meet the following.

Rules
1. Banner must be no larger then 150 x 500 Pixels, and you can enter as many as you'd like. Be creative!
2. Banner must be individual, meaning images in it may not be used for another banner being entered
3. Must have some where on there "Block Party 2009"
4. Must have text on there some where relating to one of the 21 events. For example, a banner for the color trivia can say "I had participated in the Color Trivia Contest", or a banner in the Movies and books section can say something like "Rocks at Equine Pop Culture".
5. Keep it fun!

Prizes
1. Every player who enters will get $2,000,000 dollars + 10 Basic Raffle Tickets.
2. Best Banner over all will get $10,000,000 + 50 Basic Raffle Tickets
3. Runner up will receive $5,000,000 + 25 Basic Raffle Tickets
4. Honorable Mentions in the following categories will receive $5,000,000 + 25 Basic Raffle Tickets
* Zeboo Roll Off
* Zorse Dressage Train Off
* Fun in the Sun Art Contest
* Equine Color Trivia
* Famous Horse Trivia
5. The person with the most banners submitted will get a bonus of $5,000,000 + 50 Basic Raffle Tickets
6. The person with the best banners in ALL 21 events will get $10,000,000 + 50 Basic Raffle Tickets
