Upgrade...

I have had two upgrades ordered, both from reliable people, on monday through paypal...they have yet to come in. My question is: Is Nef just busy, since it has been more than 72 hours, or should I put a ticket into OW?

Dunno about that Phantom but for your tickets, I was told that those had to be sent in by the people who did the ordering, and that I could not send one in myself.

Not really true there Swar, my friend upgraded my two ranches 2 weeks ago and when one ranch was upgraded and my main ranches renewal didn't go through I put in a ticket. My friend ordered but doesn't play VHR anymore, so I had the ticket in.

No one said anything to me - since I had the emails of confirmation sent to me so I could post them with the ticket. All you need is the email the account took place from, and the confirmation number so that Nef can look them up.
