Getting account infor one of my novice accounts

Okay so back before I moved I had all my account info written down for my numerous accounts. Problem is is I can't remember the darn password or username info. So how do I go about getting it? I know the email is one of my two email accounts but I can't remember anything. Can anyone point me in the right direction

Do you know the id number?
