its been over a month and a half. more like 2 whole months. so... what should i do, i sent a ticket in, but got no reply or informtion that it even went threw. i dont know what to do, but i did lose money i have been saving up.

I you have a ticket in through OW, you need to respond on it ever so often. I usually suggest every other day to keep up near the top where Nef can keep checking it.
