Layout Coding Question {How Do I Make The Freewebs the BG}

Im making a Iframe but i have one question. How do you make the FreeWebs pages the backround? I know how to do the links, but i just need to know how to make the FreeWebs page the backround.

Err... what are you asking exactly? xD
Like... how do you get your stuff to go on a freewebs page?
Or are you asking how to get rid of the freewebs [now called webs] thing that scrolls with you on the bottom of the page?

Like in a Iframe or maby its a Imap, when you click links, a page shows up and its from webs. Like this:
