I'm confused...

During one of RyeLee's lineart auctions I baught some linearts from her. So here is my question: Do I and the others who baught her linearts get to still use them or are we out of our money?

I am going to assume that we are not, as if we sold them, colored, for playcash that would be re-selling "stolen work" in a sense. (I for one do not hold any opinions in this matter, I don't have an opinion on wether they are stolen or not, I'm just following rules.)

I invested around $50 million (I would have to look) on linearts, and am just wondering if I can color and use them (just on my horses or if I can also sell them).

If the lineart was copied / replicated from another copyrighted photo or artwork then no, they can not be used or sold on here. UNLESS the person who created it and sold it to you, can provide valid proof of permission (scan of written permission, screen shot of Email) from the copyright holder to us for verification of use.

i didnt give ref b/c they were just old lineart that i had drawn when i was STILL IN HIGH SCHOOL i used breyer horses that i use to collect so no sorry i dont have ref images but i know you can find a horse with a simalur pose on the internet and get it to somewhat line up b/c you can take 2 REAL HORSES with the same pose and get them to lineup. i know this because i have done it before, i can supply the orig. handdrawn pictures in my book that they are in if you would like
