Rushing Fertility

Hi All...

I must be blind, because I cannot for the life of me see where I rush fertility! heheheh

I have 100% Breeding skills, 64% Vet, and 66% horsemanship skills.

I have gone to SKILLS, then to BREEDING..clicked on breeding...but nothing comes up for me to rush fertilty.

AM I MISSING SOMETHING??

Any and all help appreciated!
