Looks normal to me :) Everything else will have no effect on energy when my horse's endurance is 200+ but teamwork has always done that to my horse's energy, no matter what it's endurance was.

Really?
I've been training for years and I've never had this happen, because I roll prep and I can't have endurance maxed. I always use teamwork to roll, too. And it never drops the energy like that.. Hmm.
