Skill points not updating?

I've got a new sponsor account. Last night I put 3 offline points against ranch management and this morning I put 10 points on. I've just gone back on to add more and noticed that all the skills are reading at 0 and the bar at the top is reading 0/500.

The account has definitely been upgraded as ive got infinite turns and am able to collect offline points. I just can't seem to add them to my skills?

Any ideas anyone or do I need to report it to orbisworlds?

How many offline points do you have available? Could you maybe not be confirming you want to add them?

I tried it two or three times to make sure I was doing it right, i've never had a problem with any of my other sponsors and it's letting me increase skill by studying anatomy for example.

The offline points have gone - vanished completely. I put them on the skill I wanted, pressed confirm and thought I had done it the first two times. The third time I did it, pressed confirm, went to my skills page to check and everything was zero. Went back to my management page and offline points were zero.

I tried increasing vet skill through anatomy (which works) as I thought this might update the other skills but that didn't work.

Luckily it's only been 20 or so points i've lost but it's annoying and I can't figure out why.

I just added eight offline points to ranch management on a new account; same thing. It reads zero points.

... Your best option is to lock Ranch Management and any other skills you want including horsemanship and then add points to them. It will always add them and because they are locked it won't take them down etc.

If your planning on training, your best skill locks would be:

Horsemanship - Vet - Sport Training - English Training - Ranch Management

If you wish to go into Western, add Western Training or Breeding if you want to Breed. Etc. But lock your skills before you add your points. It'll save alot of time and frustration. I've been through it on all 6 sponsors I have LOL

Not a problem hon I've been in the same situation and was all "Grrr why are you not working! *insert angry face emote here*" and then I just locked it and was like O.O Zomg. *facepalm* rofl
