Trading between sponsor and novice account

I have a sponsor account, and it states that I am allowed to have up to 10 novice accounts on the side. But is it allowed to move horses and money freely between my sponsor and novice accounts, or is it only between 2 sponsor accounts that's allowed?

A sponser can freely move money and horses between their sponser and novice accounts.

A novice cannot move money or horses between accounts.
