I sent a thing through explaining everything about a week and a half ago and nothing has happened yet? Approx. how long do you think it would take? If you would please, bump the ticket. Sometimes tickets get pushed down and Nef doesn't see them. Also, if you'd give us the account number, we can try and bring it to her attention when we see her.

You can find any updates and update your own tickets under support messages. I ask for the account number because once a ticket is escalated for Nef, Ops can no longer see them, so without knowing an account number, we can't point her in the right direction
