Leasing a horse

Are novices allowed to lease their horses to their other accounts? I know sponsers can, but there's the rule that says novices cannot transfer their horses in between accounts or something... would leasing be considered "transferring"?

I think the answer to this question is yes, but I just need to double check...

No, transfering horses and/or money between novice accounts is a no-no. This means you cannot contract horses between your own accounts.
