How do you train an NPC?

Buy one on the items page, go to management-skills, click the training type, a scrollbox of the NPC you have should be there along with a button that says train, I think you have to have 40% in that skill to train.

The go to your skills. Depending on what you want to train the NPC rider in, you'll need that disciplines TRAINING skill (eg. Make an English NPC rider, you need at least 40% in English Training)
