Personality - spirited TB?

So I have a question about personality in VHR horses, does it matter at all in showing / racing? I have a fabulous filly who is "somewhat docile" I would like to train for racing. Most all the TBs I have found are "somewhat tempered".

I cannot find any "spirited" TBs. Even when I bred a "spirited" Grade AAA to a "somewhat tempered" TB I keep getting a "somewhat tempered" TB making me think there aren't any "spirited" TBs?

Your horse is probably from foundation lines, it takes quite a few generations for the mood to change.

There are Spirited TBs around. I know xD I've got one

Bwaaa, I'm off to create myself a mythical spirited Thoroughbred . . . does any one know if this really matters in their competing? Doesn't matter really, I still want one . . . LOL

I dunno if it really matters, but most of my Foxhunters are Spirited or Somewhat Tempered ... and they seem to work well.

If it helps, Karma Disaster was only Somewhat Tempered.
