Skills Issue

I tried upping my Ranch Management skill with my offline points, but it didn't go up even though the points are gone, does anyone know how to fix this? The skill started at 0 and remains there...it's a new sponsor, so I can't remember if you had to wait for it to work or not.

Are you already using 500 points? It's the only reason I can think of that it might not have worked.

No, they go up with offline points whether it is locked or not anyway.

It's working now, shame to have wasted points though.
