It still is, you have to have breeding and vet skill to do it...
At 20 breeding skill and with 80 vet skill, you will receive the ability to abort pregnancies with in 2 turns of the breeding.

It's under Breeding Skill below the "rush fertility" option

Thanks for the replies. If I had just taken time it would have appeared. Being in a rush got my mare bred wrong and then not seeing what is in front of me :wink: :oops:
