Account Issue

Hello,

I joined VHR yesterday, and have been waiting for my verification code that I must have before I can start playing. I didn't receive it last night (I checked both my inbox and junk mail box) while I was online, so I figured that it would come today.. but nothing came today, either.

Help?

I never got a verification code either. It took 3 tries to finally get an account to work, but eventually just signing in with the user name and password I picked worked.

Just make a new account if that doesn't work. I've had that happen to several accounts I've made and they have never worked. Normally you should be able to log in right after you create an account.

I have loads of accounts and I don't remember getting a verification email for them. Just logging in has worked for me.

The e-mail servers (or whatever they are) haven't worked in a looooooong looooooong time, maybe since the reset or something :/

You definitely don't need any sort of verification code to play, but if I remember correctly, there are just two instances you must agree to the Terms of Service before you can begin playing.
