Event glitch?

I've been noticing lately that there have been several glitches in event results.
Like:

I don't remember every event that resulted like that but I will be posting any new ones.

i had already posted the second one (it's my event) in a previous post...and I know for sure i checked to make sure everything loaded before i ran it. it's kinda frustraing for sure. i had horses in other events that have done the same thing, but i didn't note them
