Problem with Booster deeds?

"You can no longer booster your horse with deeds when it is below 90% health, this was never intended to be this way."

Whilst trying out something with my horses, I realised that I had used 5-6 booster deeds on a foal. I though that we were no longer able to do that

Maybe a glitch with that horse or something

Seems to be just glitchy just for me...I think it may be because I have meth deeds that I created before the update :/
