Negative Turns

My sponsor account recently expired. i now have -20000 turns and it wont allow me to take any turns... I am not going to upgrade again because I do not have the money.

Essentially I now have a dead account full of money and horses that serve no use because I cant take a turn. Is there an Op or someone who can comment on this who is going to tell me If i am going to get positive turns again if I choose not to upgrade?

I have been a sponsor for 2 years... and have been playing for 5, I love this game and I would hate to leave it, but What good is my already well established account if I cant take turns, I cant even compete my horses in events.

I have been a faithful player for a long time, and I dont understand why I am being punished for allowing my sponsor to expire and choosing not to renew it and continue playing as a novice.

So I guess until I hear an answer, Fox Trot Farms is closed...

You have to wait 20000 hours, and then your turns will be at 0. From there on you will continue to gain 1 turn per hour.

20000 hours is 2.28 years...I am pretty sure that it is not intended you wait that long to transition back from sponsor to novice

Wasn't really thinking, lol. Maybe move everything to a holding account until this is sorted out? Then you wouldn't have to stop entirely.

I would contact an Op or email Nef. That just doesn't sound right at all.

its the same for me, loads of negative turns, but I hardly ever play so its no biggy and once I do deside to start up playing again I will probably upgrade anyways so
