Percentage?

I'm assuming this is a bug, because I haven't seen it anywhere other than this horse:

Check out it's intelligence percentage.

It's not a bug... The names (ie Amazing) are based on the difference between the actual stat and the percentage... All my quarter horses are born with Amazing stats at 95% and about 103 actual... So subtract 3 points from both the percentage and actual and you get 92% at 100 actual.

The stat has been rolling because it's the lowest stat.
