I've tried about twenty times, but nothing seems to work. I know my account wasn't deleted, because I tried typing a wrong pw, and it brought me to a page saying that it was wrong. So my account isn't deleted, but I still can't log in. This is really bugging me, and I even considered for a moment that I was hacked, but I did the thing where you type in your email address and they send you back the pw. I got the same pw I had earlier, but I still don't understand [i]why[/i] I can't log in!

i just had a similar problem with my account today.. i know it's still there but when i tried to log in it told me my user name or password was wrong. so i did the forgot password thing in case i was hacked and it was changed and when i put in my info it said there was no record of that info! i went to the main orbis games page and sent an email for help there...
I hope they fix it soon!

I cant login to my accounts either, sponsor or otherwise. Its ticking me off, could they atleast make an announcement if there is a problem.

Ive waited all week for my day off so i could play the game. now it just keeps taking me back to the log in page

i tried the quick logon. It just took me to the normal login page. I went on orbits FAQ for tech support but none of their suggestions worked. I also sent them an email and im still waiting for a responce.

does anyone know how long it usualy takes orbits to return an email. This is the only day i get to do what i want all week and i realy want to log in.

Delete your cookies and see if that works

Just in case any this happens to any one else with windows xp. The version i have was not set up for day light savings time. You have to download windows updates and syncranize the time. Manualy adjusting the time yourself will not work. Just thought I would save someone else a few hours of frustration.

Same happening here... i havent been playing hardly for a while and now just as i can come back..... i cant log in....

some things happening, it just brings me to the log in page when ever i type in my usernames or passwords and then if i type in an invalid it takes me to the page that says its invalid

Same for me, I have deleted cockies and I was playing eariler today but now it wont work at all, I am gonna try opera or firefox and see what happens

works in firefox so the issue is probably IE not working properly

The date on your computer has to be correct, try that

I went in and changed to march then back to april and now it works in Opera at least

well i had the problem, then i just did one of the windows updates and its fine now... so my main advise is keep your pc updated.

if your useing windows xp (might work on other windows, not sure) then go down to the bottom right corner and if theses a little yellow shield then you need to update...

my cousin is having problems with creating an account on the forums! every single time it says that theres a general error.
