I can't find War Horse on the frozen semen marketplace, can't buy vials... Is it just me not seeing it?

Make sure you have 'Show Private Breeds' because War Horse falls under Private Breed category for some weird reason.

They fall under private breeds because they are not a regular, every day purchasable public breed. They are one of the 2004 special breeds.

Yes, War Horse are part of the sponsor rewards, thus not a public breed because they are not readily purchasable by the public. The Private breeds list covers any breed not part of the open purchasable public breeds that can be bought via playcash foundies page or the goodies foundies page.
