Problem with getting semen vials from marketplace

I have clicked on 2 of them and did not receive them. Both are in the DMOW section. The 1st 2 entries are for 1.5 mil and a little further down is one for 700k. The first entry has quad incon stats and the 700k one has 3 incon and 1 PHE. I've checked the freezer in my inventory and they are not there, yet i have been charged for them.

You'll need to put a ticket in through Orbis Worlds so the game owner can look at the code. Be sure to include the ranch number you attempted to purchase the vials from as well as links to the horses whose vials you purchased, but didn't receive.
