Not allowing breeding via contract

I have sent a mare to player .:Rhyme:. from my account #114823 and allowed both competing and breeding, but .:Rhyme:. is still not able to breed to her.
A vial is being used. What do we do?

Are there any other open contracts on the horse? If so, those also must have breeding checked. So if you have a contract open that does not have breeding checked and one that does have it checked, none of the contracts will allow breeding. Does that make sense? I feel like I'm explaining it poorly. xD;
