Sometimes it takes a while for upgrades to come in. Nef's been really busy with the updates and such. You can put a ticket into OW and keep bumping it until a Op escalates it, then Nef should see it and get to upgrading your account.

For future reference, if you buy tokens, you can do your upgrade instantly
