I was going to event a provincial dressage mare in some 'provincial' events.... but i could not enter her....not sure if this is a 'bug' but i wasnt sure where else to list it....

the list nef put on the 'welcome' page now reads:
Level Name Score Range
Local 0-2499
Regional 2500-7499
Provincial 7500-49999
National 25000- 49999
Planetary 50000 - 99999
Galactic 100000 - 199999
Universal 200000 +

Provincial And National have the same 'high end'

Those are all the provincial events up. dont know if this was a change or a mistake.... if you want the link to the mare i tried to enter i can post that as well.

my horse says level local, but can't enter the events because his score is actually (I think) supposed to be one step up? If not... umm, not sure why I can't enter him in local events that are freshly up...
