Buying Semen From The Market

When I buy a vial of semen it takes the money it costs out of my ranch funds, but the vial won't show up in the freezer. This is the horse I bought it from, http://www.virtualhorseranch.com/viewho ... se=1438881. That vial is gone from the market. Is there a delay is it showing up? Or could it be hiding somewhere other than my freezer?
Alabama said to put a ticket through to Orbis Worlds becasue it has happened to a few people and they don't know why.
