So ever since I got my new laptop I haven't really been able to play VHR properly. The game won't work on google chrome or internet explorer (on them I will put in my username and password and it just goes back to the home page). So I use it on firefox. Firefox lets me log into the game. Anyway, on firefox, it won't let me send messages/accept contracts. I have a contract sitting there for 50M and it won't let me accept it... (luckily I knew the persons name on the forums because it wouldn't let me message her ingame.) I click "accept" and it just pretty much refreshes the page and doesn't do anything. Nothing happens.

Sounds like there's some settings on your browsers/computer that are hindering game player. I use FF myself, and have no problems with the game, and I jumped on IE and was perfectly fine.

New computer typically = up to date versions of all the browsers? I use older versions of both FF and IE, as I found at one point, the up to date stuff meant I had problem downloading stuff for Uni

Ok, I diverge. I haven't heard about any problems with the new FF (a number of chatters upgraded to it when it came out), but I could be mistaken

My best suggestion, unless I have a brainwave or anyone else knows how to help you better, would be to google and see if anyone else has this problem, not necessarily on VHR, but any site.

I use chrome and FF and never have any problems like that. Not sure if I'm using the most up to date versions though...
