Horse issue

I bought 3 dyes, trying to dye my stallion. I only owned one horse then , I didn't know everything happens in the stables and when I tried to dye him (he's pastures) it didn't work! In fact, it didn't stop me when there was nothing to dye!
It simply deleted and didn't refund me or keep the dye in stock! (On another account).
