Tack Issue :/

This horse has an unremovable snaffle bit, plus no option to put a saddle, saddle pad, or spurs on. So basically it has 2 snaffle bits, a bridle, and a whip according to tack. I've had this problem with another horse, but Prancer sent it in

its because it's trained in Halter. I think the snaffle bit is just there, but then for events the only additional tack it needs is a bit and bridle. Don't need saddles in a halter class, lol. Same thing happens in other events. Like Bronco (only need whip and spurs, I think), and Driving. Only need a harness and whip I think.
