So, I checked the event history.

So is this a glitch or a hacker?

None of the above. In an effort to clean up the server a bit, a couple of years back Nef deleted all old ran events. So the horses recieved the money and their placings were recorded, but when Nef cleaned the old events out, they were deleted. Making it look like the horses have been in no events.
