Issue with private messages ingame?

I normally send semi-long messages ingame, but not overly long. Recently I've been sending a complete message, but the reciever is only getting half of it. Half my message is disappearing.
At first I thought I was accidentally doing it myself, but it's happening too often to just be me :/

Are you using < or > at all? That could be it. On some sites, using that makes everything disappear like it would with an HTML tag. I've never tried it on VHR to see if that does it, but it's a possibility. If that's not it, maybe put in a ticket at OW?

< and > do affect messages. I've had to teach myself not to use >.< ingame cause half my messages were disappearing

That's also the reason why you can't send layouts via PM ingame
