I can't change my diet - everytime I take a turn it keeps reverting. I have tried double clicking on update but doesn't appear to be working. also had some trouble fitting tack to a horse, eventually managed.

Are you changing the diet and then refreshing the page? It doesn't automatically refresh. For tack, make sure the horse isn't in halter or driving discipline.
