My training-ness is being a spazz. PLEASE HELP!!

It SAYS that the strength goes up .06 per turn, before I hit the take a turn button.
But once I actually take a turn, strength only goes up 0.01
It's really irritating and every other stat is just fine.
I'm not sure if there's a problem with the way I'm training, or if it's a bug, but
immediate help is appreciated....
