Training Bug Perhaps?

I'm not sure if this is a bug... but I don't think it's supposed to happen.

I have been roll-prepping this horse and the only time the training type has been changed
is when it was 0.2 years old. The horse is now 4.25 years old, with intelligence, sure-foot,
and movement all over 200 but the horses level is only 5.

Ok so this horse is doing it to... which means it has to be me but how on earth am I doing this? Could be a glitch with my actual account?

This horse has the same 3 stats over 200...and I never changed the training type besides when I bought
it at .01 or .02. After that I did the normal (vaccinate, shoe, diet) (obstacle train) (gaited pleasure train)

What on earth am I doing?

When you go to train, watch the last line in the stat box, where level is shown. Is it not rising at all? How much is it rising by? If it's not rising at all, what sponsor skills do you have? What are you training in?

Here's what it says when i train (although it changes depending on what I train in)

0.015 - Increase
5.62 - Pre-Training
5.635- Current level

And to answer the other questions..

I did this (at 0.1 or 0.2) I changed the specialty to halter and trained in Obstacle for 6x until intelligence reached 200
Then I trained gaiting until sure-foot and movement were at max.

My skills are-

English Training
Sport Training
Farrier
Horsemanship
Ranch Management
Veterinary Medicine


And doing that got my horses to those levels... where they both should've been level 25 by year 2 if i'm correct.

Yes, it should be gaining a lot more than that. If you would, put a ticket in through Orbis Worlds so the techs can take a look at it. Make sure to include that it's happening on more than one horse.

What's the experience level on that ranch, Breaking? We had Nef take a look at White's ranch and there wasn't anything wrong with the coding that she could see, so we think it has to do with being low level, as in under 10 for the ranch level.

It's at level 30.
But however, another ranch I prep/roll on is at level 25 and it's just like all my others.
