Can't logg into chat?

For some reason, I can't log into chat. It says I am banned and I never hardly go on there. When I do, I always abide by the rules. Why am I banned?

I'm not seeing a ban for the IP from the forums, if you would please, log into #virtualpups so I can get a look at your IP.
