I'd send a ticket, just to be sure. If he was supposed to get the amount of winnings you calculated, then he should have them. If not, glitch...

The only way I could figure out that he wouldn't get the full amount of the winnings would be if the purse sizes were smaller, but all his recent events have been 11k ones. :\
And when I checked the event results they had the normal: 220k for first, 165k for second 100k for third, etc.

Yes, then that sounds like it was a glitch. Hopefully once the ticket is responded to, everything can be sorted out
