Because the foals come out pinto, they are considered paints by the game.

thats a little rediculous.

i guess i have to dye the sire then.

are they still considered pure?

Probably not. There are a few "color" breeds in game where you can get a totally different breed from parents just because of the color. Golden American Saddlebreds, produced by the palomino color and Gypsy Vanners through color from Gypsy Drums are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

And I believe you can get American Walking Ponies through Palomino drafts (Gypsy Vanners I think)
