I leased two horses to my breeding ranch taking care that they were "Allowed Breeding" but when I try it says they are not able to?

If there's other contracts on those horses, without breeding allowed, for some reason the game won't allow contracts on those horses to breed until the non-breeding contracts are deleted.

Make sense? O.o
