I can't view my posts or active topics.

I am logged in and can check my messages, post on the forums. But I cannot view my posts, search my posts or view active topics. Everytime I try to it comes up with this message. Sorry but you are not permitted to use the search system. Why am I not permitted? (No I did not get banned or suspended)
