Edit Ranch Bug

The edit ranch works perfectly fine on my sponser ranch but as soon as i go on my novice account for example to upload a layout to show someone how it looks this happens:
The scroll bar doesnt move all the way to the bottom of the page.
therfore i cannot click the edit ranch button.
and inside the box it contains VHR code from the horses on that ranch which is rather strange.
So if anyone has a novice account edit it once, then go back and try to edit it again let me know if its the same for you.
I dont think its my computer as it works just fine when i edit my sponser ranch.
