Horses Disappearing?!

I have had three horses put in auction that have disappeared, two were never bid on, and one was bid on once.

I didn't get any money from them (so I am now minus one thousand dollars!) and never got any messages. I have searched for them and it either says they are still owned by the auction house, which I searched, or there is no record of them. I have a friend who's sister has lost one as well, and was wondering what was going on. If I can't get my horses back, can I please reset my account? I have played VHR for years on and off, and I have never been broke!
