I had this problem as well a while back and you may have been typing an apostrophy ( ' ) in the title. For some reason, it doesn't allow apostrophies to be entered in. It just doesn't post for some reason. :/

Dunno if this was ever changed or sorted out but that was my problem with it anyways

I'm having this same problem at the moment, but there is no apostrophies in the title... just a slash (/)... help?
