Unable to Pick Bonus?

I can't pick any of the 2 bonuses I have on this accoutn to pick. I am currently at level 48 and it shows I can pick 2 more at this point, should i send a support ticket through for Nef or is this something an Op can handle easily?

Unless I'm much mistaken, that account is a novice account correct?

Novice accounts are only allowed 5 bonuses. However it was only fixed in the last lot of updates a few days back.

So to be honest, you have 2 more bonuses than you should >.>

Just to add on to what Jelly said, if you have too many bonuses than what you are supposed to you, you need to put a ticket in through Orbis Worlds or you account may be suspended for exploiting a glitch.
