Fast Foals Bonus

how many horses since the bonuses came in... I've got the fast foals bonus as a selection as well.
Not once, has my foal been born faster than normal, and i've breed around 100+ foals on my ranch since the bonuses.
I get twins, I get super speed ApQHs, the extra colt, everything except the foals born faster...
I think this is a bug :S
