What exactly does that message mean? I get that for every foal. But does it mean, report it if you do NOT have the stud bonus skill? I do have the Stud bonus skill selected and I never got that message until I picked that skill.

There really has not been any noticeable difference in the foals since I got it, but still confused on what that message is telling me.

It was something Nef was doing to make sure bonus were working correctly. I believe she removed the message from the game this afternoon.
