Club Creation Gone Bad??? Help

So heres what happened:

I recently deleted my old club, Supreme Stock Society, I removed all of the members and then delete it, gone. I went to create a new club, I can fill out the form and all and then I click, Create Club, and it say congradulations, you have created a club. Then I click toi ewdit it, or to view it and it says, Error: This is not your club to edit, or... Error: No such club (when trying to view)

I have talked to several ops and they said to report it as a glitch so I tried to log in to orbis worlds, with the correct username and password and it says its wrong when I know its right. So here I am, trying here on the forums. Please help me out here guys, thanks
