Feeding Glitch?

My Med. War horse mare was always super hyper, so when I checked her diet, I found she'd been fed on a 190% diet. I said ok, and tried to change it to 100%, no hot oats, and 80% (if I remember right) oat hay, with 10% everything else. I'd refresh the page, and the numbers would be changed every time. I finally got it so she was 100% again, and when I come back, it's at 90% again.
Is that a glitch, or am I missing something?

Don't refresh the page, or it'll keep resending whatever's in the boxes when you refresh it. Click on the horse's name instead

That's what I was doing. It's go to stables, click her name, and it'd give me random numbers. Eh, it doesn't matter now; she's calm.
